Order Tracking

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. Lorva has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
