Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide for free. Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 5–10 business days for most locations.
Are there any customs or import fees?+
Some countries may apply customs or import duties on incoming packages. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges.

How does the Buy One Get One Free offer work?+
Simply choose your first watch and you'll be prompted to select a second watch for free. You can mix and match any style or color — both watches ship together in the same package.
Are these real watches or just images?+
These are real, physical watches. Every timepiece features genuine components including sapphire crystal glass, precision movements, and premium materials. What you see is what you get.
Are the watches water resistant?+
Yes. All our watches are rated 5 ATM (50 meters), which means they handle rain, splashes, swimming, and everyday wear. We don't recommend diving or hot showers as steam and pressure can affect any watch at this rating.
Can I change my order after placing it?+
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact our team within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition.
What does the warranty cover?+
Every Lorva watch comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your watch stops working or has a defect within 12 months of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or water exposure beyond the rated depth.
How do I start a return?+
Email us at support@shop-lorva.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 24 hours.

Is my payment secure?+
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We never store your credit card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
