30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund or exchange within this period.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.

Contact Us

Email support@shop-lorva.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours.

Ship It Back

We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different style or color? No problem. Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. If the new item is the same price, there's no additional charge. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item.

12-Month Warranty

All Lorva watches come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your watch stops working or develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, contact us and we'll replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or water exposure beyond the rated depth (5 ATM).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. If you haven't received your refund after this period, check your bank or credit card statement first — some banks take additional time to post the credit. If you still haven't received it, contact us and we'll look into it.
